• At the onset of COVID-19, when patient care was exclusively virtual, we placed six NPs and ten RNs on-site to assess and assist critical patients.

• With the increased demand for patient room and office sanitization, we placed upwards of fifteen housekeeping staff.

• Because healthcare workers are mandated to be fully vaccinated, a LTC facility struggled to source compliant staff. We filled their immediate needs in housekeeping, dietary aid and cook.
